Arabsat announces launch of DVB-S2 platform

Arabsat has announced the launch of its Free-To-Air DVB-S2 platform. It exclusively carries many premium and highly viewed HD international channels, broadcasted as Free-to-Air across the Middle East, North Africa and Europe via the coverage of Arabsat BADR-4, which can be viewed with minimum receive dish size. Viewers across the Middle East, North Africa and Europe will continue to receive an extensive offering and wide varieties of prime Free-To-Air international and regional HD channels on Arabsat’s hotspot at 26-degrees East.
