With less than a month until the landmark 20th edition of CABSAT, the leading professional content management event in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA), Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), the event organiser, has revealed a world-class speaker line-up will deliver a refreshed conference format covering the latest trends, technologies and innovations in the global broadcasting and media market.
The historic 20th edition of CABSAT will even have an Academy Award nominee in its midst as Mark Sanger, editor of the Oscar-nominated Hollywood hit, Gravity, will discuss post-production techniques with Tom Cordiner, Vice-President International sales, Avid. Gravity picked up six gongs at this weeks British Academy of Film & Television Arts awards, including the trophy for outstanding British film.
Much like its reputation as a tourism and leisure hot-spot, Dubai is increasingly viewed as a destination of choice for international broadcasters and the entertainment industry, said Sanger.
