Abu Dhabi Media will start working closely with its clients to meet the requirements of its partners and stakeholders.
UAE state broadcaster Abu Dhabi Media has ended its contract with MediaSat, a subsidiary of Choueiri Group.
From February 2022 onwards, the exclusive rights for advertisement sales services in the field of entertainment will be reverted to Abu Dhabi TV network, and Abu Dhabi Media’s radio channels, print publications, and digital platforms.
Abu Dhabi Media will start working closely with its clients, including prominent brands, marketing and advertising companies, and digital consumers to meet the requirements of its partners and stakeholders.
Abdul Raheem Al Bateeh Al Nuaimi, Acting General Manager at Abu Dhabi Media, said: “The media, advertising, and marketing industry is undergoing rapid changes, with advertisers being more interested in social media and digital platforms due to the rise in demand for these platforms. Accordingly, we strive to adapt to market trends swiftly by providing integrated solutions across our digital channels. We believe that the Abu Dhabi Media team is able to meet the requirements of advertisers in accordance with our commercial strategy.”
Abu Dhabi Media recognised MediaSat’s efforts and its cooperation at the previous stage. The company affirmed its commitment to providing interactive content across all its platforms to reflect the audience’s aspirations and interests, as well as provide brands and advertisers with opportunities to reach a wider audience.
Abu Dhabi Media’s strategy, announced in 2020, aims at providing audiences with compelling, digital-first content, expanding its commercial partnerships across the MENA region and investing in local talent.
