The network has also launched campaigns targeting PR and advertising agencies, to help them counter the financial challenges created by the global lockdown.
In light of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Dubai-based broadcaster Al Aan TV has launched special Stimulus Boost TV and advertising packages as well as ads on its digital and social platforms to support advertisers and promoters to overcome the crisis, according to a release on Zawya.
The initiative aims to support companies trying to navigate the current crisis. It provides necessary assistance to support economic stimulus programmes launched by the UAE and Saudi Arabian governments to protect the interests of their citizens.
Commenting on the initiative, Omar Othman, Commercial Director at Al Aan TV, said: “The initiative comes as a part of our leading social role, to help overcome this crisis. We are sending reassuring messages from our partners to our audience asserting their ability to enjoy a full and safe life despite the precautionary measures. This is the time to build strong and close ties with our customers. This initiative aims to enable our clients to successfully deliver their messages and achieve the desired results.”
Othman continued: “Given the precautionary measures launched by most governments, our audience is spending more time in their houses. They tend to spend more time following TV and digital platforms. Therefore, this is the best time to send them positive and reassuring messages. We have all the facilities to support our advertising partners so they can overcome this crisis through packages and offers that best suit them.”
