Dubai-based Al Aan TV has launched two new media training programmes that support the growth of Arab media and foster media innovation in the region. The Media Training and Emirati Youth Media Apprenticeship programmes will be helmed by Al Aan TV’s Content Lead Amani Al Majali and Layal Haddad, Talent Acquisition Manager, Al Aan TV.
The three-month Media Training Programme is designed for new entrants eager to make a mark in media content creation. It covers storytelling, presenting, video editing, and working with digital platforms. Participants will learn how to create impactful content that fits current media industry trends and resonates with audiences across digital channels. They will be exposed to real projects enabling them to gain hands-on experience.
The Emirati Youth Media Apprenticeship is part of Al Aan TV’s commitment to youth empowerment in the UAE. The six-month course offers young Emirati people the chance to work with experienced professionals and gain skills in news reporting, video production, and storytelling. The programme includes mentorship from leading industry experts, hands-on experience in a professional media environment, opportunities to write, and present their stories, and accelerated career opportunities.
