All3MI’s deal will tap into Merzigo global digital distribution expertise, which currently spans over 5,000 channels in more than 30 languages on platforms.
All3Media International has entered into a multi-year partnership with Merzigo to expand and monetise its content across major digital platforms.
Under the agreement, Merzigo will manage the YouTube and Facebook presence of several well-known All3Media International titles, including Shameless, Midsomer Murders, Undercover Boss and Peep Show. The Turkish digital distribution and monetisation specialist will also oversee the monetisation of All3Media International’s free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channels Demand Drama, So Real and Inside Outside, which feature programmes such as Accused, Ultimate Force and Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners.
Founded in 2018, Merzigo operates at scale in the digital content space, managing more than 5,000 channels in over 30 languages for global content owners including Disney, Fremantle, Warner Bros Discovery and Sony Pictures.
The agreement was negotiated on behalf of All3Media International by chief executive Louise Pedersen and chief operating and financial officer John Wagener. Merzigo Global was represented by chairperson and CEO Yiğit Doğan Çelik, chief operating officer Ceyda Sıla Çetinkaya and Valerio Motti, managing director for EMEA.
While All3Media International already operates its own digital distribution arm through Little Dot Studios, which runs more than 135 social channels and multiple FAST brands across over 120 channels, the company said the partnership with Merzigo complements its existing monetisation strategy.
Pedersen said the collaboration would help maximise the value of All3Media International’s extensive catalogue on social platforms. She noted that working with Merzigo allows the distributor to broaden and strengthen its YouTube and Facebook monetisation efforts while continuing to grow audiences for its content globally.
Doğan Çelik described the deal as a significant step in Merzigo’s expansion within the UK market, adding that being selected to manage some of Britain’s most recognisable intellectual property reflects the company’s position as a leader in digital content optimisation and monetisation across major social platforms.
