Running for 18 days, the tournament will be broadcast free-to-air with up to 22 hours of live daily coverage across beIN’s channels.
BeIN Sports has announced a wide-ranging broadcast plan for the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025, which begins on December 1 in Doha and runs for 18 days. The network will air all 32 matches live and free-to-air across 24 markets in the Middle East and North Africa, offering up to 11 hours of match and studio programming each day. Its news channel, beIN Sports News, will add another 11 hours of tournament-related coverage, bringing daily content across the network to 22 hours.
The tournament, hosted across six venues, will feature 16 teams, including seven already qualified for the FIFA World Cup 26. Fans can expect standout performances from top regional talents such as Saudi Arabia’s Salem Al-Dawsari and Qatar’s Akram Afif, as well as prominent players from Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia, Jordan and defending Arab champions Algeria.
Coverage will begin with the opening ceremony and the first match between Qatar and either Palestine or Libya at Al Bayt Stadium. A pitch-side studio will bring viewers closer to the action, while beIN Sports XTRA 1 will handle simultaneous match coverage to ensure no game is missed. beIN Sports News will run continuous bulletins, supported by special programming from 15:00 to 02:00 MECCA.
This edition marks the 11th FIFA Arab Cup since its inception in 1963, and the third time Qatar hosts the event. It also follows closely on the heels of the FIFA Under-17 World Cup held in the country, which concludes on November 27.
BeIN’s broadcasts will feature some of the region’s most recognisable presenters and analysts. Mohammed Saadon Al-Kuwari, Abdulaziz Al-Nasr and Tariq Al Hammad will lead coverage of key matches, while Areej Sleem and Mohammad Kidan will host the Daily Show. Analysis will come from an extensive expert lineup including Mohamed Aboutrika, Tariq Al Jalahma, Abdulaziz Al Sulaiti, Rafik Saïfi, Hatem Trabelsi, Youssef Chippo and Wael Gomaa.
Seven field reporters will provide live updates from stadiums, training grounds, fan zones and iconic locations such as Souq Waqif. Additional insights from beIN correspondents worldwide will offer broader regional context.
For the first time, viewers will also gain access to the tournament’s official Media Centre through beIN’s coverage. The segment will feature tactical breakdowns, discussions on team strategies and predictions informed by exclusive access to coaches, players and official data—expanding the depth of analysis beyond traditional reporting.
BeIN will further enhance the fan experience through a robust digital offering. Social media and web platforms will deliver dynamic content, viral fan moments and interactive shows featuring viewer participation from Lusail Boulevard.
