While Three Dimension has a slate of programmes intended for streaming platforms, the films are all intended for theatrical release.
Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt has launched his production company Three Dimension Motion Pictures with the aim of bringing back the ‘golden age of heroism’ to the industry.
During a recent media interaction, Dutt shared that the success of pan-Indian films like Baahubali and Pushpa is an inspiration.
The new production house’s slate includes a feature directorial debutant Sidhaant Sachdev’s horror-comedy flick titled The Virgin Tree. The film will reportedly feature four newcomers and the principal photography will commence later in May.
The rest of the slate is not titled yet, but includes a family drama, some action films with younger actors and some more action films with a mature man as hero.
Dutt debuted with Rocky in 1981, in an era where leading men of mainstream Indian cinema were written as a complete heroic package.
On the acting front, Dutt has multiple films in the pipeline in different stages of development such as Prithviraj, alongside Akshay Kumar, Shamshera co-starring Ranbir Kapoor and KGF: Chapter 2.
