Canon Middle East has officially launched the second edition of the “Make Your Mark” campaign, an initiative aimed at empowering content creators across the region. Building on the immense success and public interest garnered by the inaugural 2022 edition, Canon has strengthened its collaboration with the regional creative community, introducing more creators and an expanded range of products for 2023.
The launch event, held at SEVA Experience Dubai, showcased the unveiling of the PowerShot V10, a new addition to Canon’s lineup of vlogging cameras. The event provided content creators with a hands-on experience with the PowerShot V10, alongside the PowerShot G7 X Mark III and the EOS R50, all designed specifically to cater to the needs of vloggers and content creators.

The Canon EOS R50 mirrorless camera, with its compact design, lightweight build (375g), and vari-angle touchscreen, allows creators to capture stills, 4K films, and live streams with ease.

The Make Your Mark campaign challenges content creators to produce videos across three genres—food, travel, and fashion—using the PowershotV10 creators kit, G7x Mark III vlogging kit, and EOS R50 vlogging kit.
Food vloggers, including Chef Eddy Diab, Suad, and Harry Heal, will showcase their distinctive styles by creating a 30-second cooking video demonstrating how to make lasagna using Canon kits.
Travel vloggers Zayed, Bekzat Juman, and Iman Naghavi will embark on a day trip through Deira, Dubai, armed with Canon cameras to capture the essence of old Dubai.
Fashion vloggers Amar, Sophia, and Abanoub Ramsis will demonstrate three ways to wear the same denim jacket, showcasing their styles and creativity.
Canon recognises that while a creator’s style and voice are paramount, a high-quality camera can eliminate limitations and supercharge creativity, enabling content creators in the region to elevate their craft to new heights.
