Colors TV has announced its maiden Colors Ke Sartaj which will take place in the UAE, a talent hunt show targetting about 65,000 blue collar workers in the UAE.
Colors Ke Sartaj is a talent hunt show which will conduct auditions in approximately 60 labour camps in the Al Quoz area of Dubai. The contestants will be judged based on a number of talents showcased; ranging from, singing, dancing, mimicry and stand-up comedy.
The auditions are set to start from the 29 June with the Grand Finale scheduled for the 6 July. Colors Ke Sartaj will have a panel of judges for the Grand Finale, which will comprise of prominent celebrities and members of local society. Javed Jaffrey, the well-known Bollywood actor, dancer, comedian, voice actor, impressionist and a television show host will also be gracing this panel of judges at the finale. The winner of the show will take home a cash prize of approximately $2,700 (AED 10,000) along with sponsor gratifications.
