Comedy Central promises a good line-up for this season of Menna w Fina featuring Yaser Baker, Abdulrahman Al Shikhi, Shaker Alsherif, and Nour Hadidi to name a few.
Comedy Central will premiere season 2 of Comedy Central Presents: Menna w Fina (منا و فينا), a local, original production, featuring some of the most impressive Arabic comedians in the GCC. Filmed locally in Dubai and Jeddah, this brand-new season will present 12 stand up specials featuring some of the best local comedians, each of them performing a half hour special in Arabic or in English, shot live in front of an audience of over 3,000 people.
Kicking off the season, the first episode will feature Bader Saleh. Saleh is a comedian, writer, editor, and actor from Saudi Arabia. His claim to fame started on YouTube through his self-produced show EyshElly. Saleh is one of the first comedians in the Arab world to rise through YouTube, his show EyshElly was rated #1 show in Saudi Arabia for more than 6 years and in 2015 he became the first person in the Middle East to earn the video-sharing website’s esteemed “Golden Button”.
Beginning his career in 2010, he has gained much success as he was selected as the media face of the Dubai Tourism Festival for 2015-2016 and headlined the 2015 Dubai Comedy Festival with Dave Chappelle and Trevor Noah.
