Grass Valley has entered into a major strategic partnership agreement (SPA) with ES Broadcast, a prominent global provider of broadcast equipment and services. This partnership builds upon over a decade of collaboration between the two companies and signals their intent for future growth and success.
The deal involves a substantial multi-million-dollar annual investment by ES Broadcast, covering Grass Valley’s diverse product range, including live production infrastructure, cameras and switchers. Additionally, ES Broadcast, which became the first globally certified partner of Grass Valley’s AMPP (Agile Media Processing Platform), will focus on expanding this platform as a core part of its strategy.
