On Saturdays, the screening will be followed by a live Q&A session with the filmmakers.
Image Nation Abu Dhabi is screening Arab films every week, which are produced by Arab Film Studio, its flagship training programme for aspiring filmmakers.
The programme began on April 5 and runs until April 30, 2022.
The programme consists of a selection of shorts that have screened at more than 400 film festivals globally.
Free and open to the public, the screening takes place every Tuesday and Saturday at 9:30 PM at The Bridge|Lifestyle Hub, with live Q&As from the directors each Saturday.
Some of the films include Jumaa and Hakim by Alawi Shareef, Hartom by Arkus, MUM by Mariam Alawadhi, The Shave by Fajer Alalami, Skin by Farah Diab, Off the Grid by Sarah Hassan, and Osha’s Gift by Hind Abdullah, among others.
