Colors TV Middle East has recently launched a lifestyle show featuring some of the regions health, lifestyle and fitness destinations and experts. It is hosted by popular lifestyle blogger and TV presenter Aishwarya Ajit. The 13-episode television show is produced by Acumen Productions and filmed entirely in the UAE, highlighting some of the hot spots in the country.
From healthy cooking recipes, nutritional guidance and fitness classes to detoxifying spa treatments, Body and Mind aims to educate viewers on making simple everyday changes to lead a healthy life.
