Advertising companies and institutions can apply for advertising permits starting today by visiting the company's website.
Mada Media has launched its comprehensive online platform, www.madamedia.com, designed to consolidate the process of out-of-home (OOH) advertising applications across Dubai. The platform covers a wide range of advertising spaces, including right-of-way areas, public transport networks such as the metro, buses, trams and taxis, as well as commercial vehicles, private land and buildings. By integrating these services into a single digital interface, the new platform eliminates the need for advertisers to navigate multiple systems and ensures compliance with Dubai’s OOH advertising manual.
This initiative aligns with Mada Media’s strategic plan to standardise and simplify advertising permit procedures while enhancing the overall customer experience. It also supports the company’s broader mission to transform Dubai’s OOH advertising sector, improve efficiency and promote aesthetic and safety standards in public advertising, all within the framework of the Dubai Investment Fund.

With immediate effect, companies and institutions can begin submitting advertising permit applications through the new website. The agreement enables Mada Media to regulate and modernise the emirate’s OOH advertising sector by introducing a transparent, unified framework that meets Dubai’s technical, regulatory and visual guidelines.
Mada Media was established following Decree No. 20 of 2024, issued by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. Operating as a private joint-stock company, Mada Media holds legal, financial and administrative autonomy, positioning it to achieve its strategic objectives in shaping the future of advertising in Dubai.
