MediaKind has expanded its global management team with the appointment of Damien Montessuit as SVP, EMEA Sales. Montessuit will be responsible for growing short and long-term media business while supporting operators entertainment business transformation to next-gen cloud services, applications and mobile first offerings.
According to MediaKind sources, Montessuit succeeds Alex Borland who has been appointed Head of Special Projects in MediaKind.
He has been driving the regional sales and business development of Ericsson Media Portfolio in EMEA and US for strategic and global accounts before joining the management team of MediaKind.
Montessuit joined MediaKind, originally Ericsson Media Solutions, following its acquisitions of Microsoft Mediaroom in 2013. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science and has completed executive courses at Kellogg School and HEC.
