OSN and OSN+ will continue as the exclusive home for HBO and Warner Bros. Discovery content in MENA under long-term agreements that remain unchanged.
OSN has confirmed on it LinkedIN profile that the recently announced proposal for Netflix to acquire Warner Bros. will have no impact on its longstanding partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery or on its content pipeline for the Middle East and North Africa.
The company said OSN and its streaming platform OSN+ will continue to serve as the exclusive home of HBO and Warner Bros. Discovery content across the region, under long-term agreements that remain fully in effect. OSN also stressed that it continues to operate as an independently owned regional company, noting that Warner Bros. Discovery holds only a minority stake in OSN Streaming.
Looking ahead, OSN highlighted a strong lineup for 2026, describing it as one of its most robust slates to date. The upcoming schedule includes A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, a new story set in the Game of Thrones universe, set to premiere in January, alongside the return of acclaimed series The Pitt for its second season and Industry for its fourth season, also expected in January. The award-winning drama Euphoria is slated to return with its third season in April, while House of the Dragon is confirmed to come back for a third season later in 2026. Additional HBO and Warner Bros. Discovery titles are also planned throughout the year.
OSN reiterated that its commitment to delivering exclusive, premium entertainment to audiences across MENA remains unchanged, with an ambitious year of content ahead.
