In a strategic move to tap into the burgeoning Saudi Arabian market, Quickplay, an OTT video platform known for its focus on personalisation and user engagement, has announced its collaboration with Saudi Telecom Company (STC) to introduce “Bits.” This new short-form video content platform aims to cater to the dynamic Saudi audience, aligning with the prevalent usage of apps like TikTok in the region.
The partnership signifies Quickplay‘s expansion into the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, reinforcing its position in the global digital streaming landscape. Leveraging Quickplay’s existing collaboration with Google Cloud, the initiative aims to deliver innovative digital experiences tailored to the preferences of the Saudi audience.
Bits, equipped with advanced AI capabilities, promises enhanced personalisation and recommendations, ensuring a seamless user experience by offering relevant user-generated content (UGC). This approach not only drives user engagement but also opens up new avenues for brands and advertisers to connect with their target audience effectively.
