Radio Asia Network (RAN) has launched a new Malayalam and Tamil language radio station called Super 94.7 FM.
RAN is among the first radio networks of the region, broadcasting across the UAE and GCC for the last 20 years under the banner of Dolphin Recording Studios LLC. Other stations in the network include Radio Asia 1269 AM and Suno 1024 FM.
RAN is a part of a major cross industry conglomerate headquartered in Kolkata, India. The group owns and operates several businesses in the UAE, India and the Far East.
Super 94.7 FM caters to the South Asian diaspora in the UAE, offering a combination of Tamil and Malayalam programmes.
According to the company, the new station will have radio jockeys such as Aaryan, Hash, Kidilam Feroz, Lakshmi Narayana, Mithra, Nandhana, Nirmal,and Tinku. They will be supported by a tech savvy production team and state of the art infrastructure.
Speaking about the new station, Kish Bandopadhyay executive director of the network Super 94.7 FM mentioned that it offers a full variety of programming ranging from total entertainment to the latest news.
