Marking its sixth anniversary, EDGE strengthened its industry position with 42 new air and space systems, expanding its portfolio to more than 250 solutions.
EDGE Group has concluded its participation at Dubai Airshow 2025 on a strong note, celebrating six years of rapid growth as one of the worlds fastest-advancing defence and technology groups. Leveraging its status as the events largest exhibitor, the company unveiled 42 new products and solutions, including the Omen VTOL the first system developed under the new EDGEAnduril Production Alliance, a joint venture with US autonomous systems specialist Anduril. The range of launches spanned aerial platforms, propulsion, autonomy, space technologies and smart weapons, pushing EDGEs portfolio to more than 250 products, representing a 733% expansion since the group was founded in 2019.
During the show, EDGE signed 21 agreements with global industry players. These included a landmark $7bn cooperation deal with Indonesias Republikorp to supply advanced defence systems to the Indonesian Armed Forces the companys largest international agreement to date. Other partnerships were formalised with Spains Indra to support European defence programmes, as well as preliminary steps toward a joint venture with Leonardo. Additional agreements were sealed with leading companies such as L3Harris, Lockheed Martin, Korea Aerospace Industries, Hanwha Aerospace, ASELSAN and Magnaghi Aerospace Group.

Since its launch at Dubai Airshow 2019, EDGE has quickly established itself as a major international defence manufacturer, bringing advanced systems to market at accelerated speed and scale. The group now operates in more than 100 countries, reports annual revenues of nearly $4.9bn and holds an order backlog of $21.1bn. Exports accounted for 76% of sales in 2025, totalling $3.7bn. EDGE today employs 17,900 professionals representing 95 nationalities.
Across Dubai Airshow 2025, EDGE announced a series of significant developments. These included expanded cooperation with Indra to enhance PULSE NOVA their joint radar venture and explore new opportunities in loitering munitions and smart weapons for European markets. In Southeast Asia, agreements were signed with Vietnams Viettel and Indonesias Republikorp to support high-tech defence collaboration.
EDGE also advanced international industrial partnerships, including becoming the first regional company to obtain Raytheon approval for meeting key MIL-DTL-5541 standards, signing R&D agreements with L3Harris, and expanding cooperation with Italys Magnaghi Aerospace Group and the Federation of Italian Aerospace, Defence and Security Companies. Additional collaboration moves were made with South Korean firms KAI and Hanwha Aerospace toward future aerospace and air defence system development.
A major milestone was the formal launch of the EDGEAnduril Production Alliance, a joint venture focused on accelerating autonomous systems development, supported by a confirmed UAE acquisition of 50 Omen systems. Progress also continued toward forming a joint venture with Leonardo, expected to launch in 2026, which will support technology transfer, production, workforce development and IP licensing in the UAE.
EDGE further strengthened its presence in South America with a contract awarded to SIAAT to supply MAX 1.2 anti-tank missiles to the Brazilian Marine Corps. In the space sector, the group formed a strategic alliance with Space42 to establish a satellite communications manufacturing partnership. The Sirb satellite team advanced to the preliminary design phase with a dedicated UAE engineering team, while FADA signed agreements with TII, Unseenlabs and MBRSC to support Zenith, a sovereign platform enabling access to multi-sensor imagery and data from national and allied constellations.
