IBM and STC Group have deepened their partnership to reinforce Saudi Arabias telecommunications infrastructure against emerging quantum-era cybersecurity threats. As part of the collaboration, STC has adopted IBMs quantum-safe cybersecurity solutions to assess and strengthen its existing data protection and encryption systems, preparing for a future when advanced quantum computing could undermine traditional cryptographic safeguards.
The initiative has led to the creation of a quantum-safe security framework designed to detect and mitigate cryptographic vulnerabilities before they emerge.
