EDGE and L3Harris will pursue defence opportunities together, with the MoU establishing a framework for joint R&D and deployment of AI and autonomous technologies.
L3Harris Technologies and the UAEs EDGE Group have signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at deepening their partnership and accelerating the development of advanced defense solutions. The agreement establishes a strategic foundation for expanding L3Harris presence in the Middle East while supporting the UAEs efforts to enhance its defence capabilities.
Under the MoU, both companies will work together to pursue defence opportunities across the UAE and the wider region. The partnership outlines plans for joint research and development focused on artificial intelligence and autonomous technologies, as well as the deployment of these emerging capabilities.

L3Harris has provided capabilities to customers in the UAE for more than 35 years and currently maintains a corporate office in Abu Dhabi.
