Seef Properties has announced a new strategic partnership with Epix Cinemas to operate Al Liwan Cinema, marking a major step in the company’s efforts to introduce upgraded and modern cinematic experiences in Bahrain. The agreement reinforces Seef Properties’ commitment to enhancing visitor offerings and strengthening its position as a family-focused entertainment destination.
The partnership follows several years of cinema operations at Al Liwan, with the new collaboration designed to elevate the moviegoing experience through a wider selection of films, expanded entertainment activities and curated packages for families, youth and children. The goal is to meet growing visitor expectations while enhancing Al Liwan’s appeal as a dynamic, all-encompassing entertainment hub.
Al Liwan Cinema includes seven auditoriums with a combined capacity of 1,142 seats, equipped with advanced projection and sound technologies, including Laser Projection and Dolby Atmos in select halls. The cinema also offers a variety of seating options, dedicated children’s and premium VIP screens, and an exclusive lounge with personalised hospitality services. Guests will also benefit from a diverse range of food and beverage choices, creating an integrated entertainment experience.
