Coinciding with Sharjah TVs silver jubilee, Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah launched Al Sharqiya channel from Kalba.
Al Sharqiya is a private television channel which will cover news from Kalba, Khor Fakkan and Dibba Al Hisn.
Sheikh Sultan congratulated the staff of the channel for this great achievement saying: “We applaud and congratulate all staff of the Al Sharqiya channel in Kalba on this achievement and we know that the preparation took a long time thanks to the adoption of the best equipment and modern technology used in the field of TV cameras and editing, lighting, sound and other technical equipment for the studio of the channel.”
