Spacetoon confirmed that production on 'Slay-man' is underway, with the series slated for release in mid-2026.
Spacetoon has signed a memorandum of understanding with 8Flamez—represented by co-founder and digital creator AboFlah (Hasan Sulaiman)—to develop a new animated series inspired by AboFlah’s persona. The agreement was finalised during the Bridge Summit in Abu Dhabi and marks a major step forward in Spacetoon’s growing lineup of creator-led content for children and young adults.
The 10-episode series, titled Slay-man, will feature short episodes of six to seven minutes and introduce a superhero character based on AboFlah’s real name, Sulaiman. The story follows a young hero who defends his virtual city using extraordinary powers while encountering new villains and challenges in every instalment. In a first for his career, AboFlah will provide the voice for his animated counterpart, strengthening the connection with his global audience.
Speaking during the sigining ceremony, Ahmed Weiss, General Manager of Spacetoon Entertainment, said: “We are excited to welcome AboFlah into the Spacetoon family.
