Spacetoon's participation aligns seamlessly with its strategic vision to foster local talent and expand its portfolio of Arabic and family-centric content.
Spacetoon has joined the third edition of the Red Sea Souk, the market arm of the Red Sea International Film Festival dedicated to discovering emerging talents in the Arab and African regions.
This strategic move marks a significant juncture for Spacetoon as it embarks on a mission to foster collaborations with local talents, enhancing its repertoire of Arabic and family-centric content.
Kamel Weiss, Business Development Director at Spacetoon, said: “We are incredibly excited to join the Red Sea Souk and connect with the region’s filmmakers. We are eager to explore their ideas, aspirations, and productions and identify together potential collaborations.”
Spacetoon is utilising this international festival as an opportunity to showcase its diverse range of original animation productions and recently released cinematic experiences and movies.
Kamel Weiss added: “We are proud to share our recent productions with international, regional, and local partners. We firmly believe that animation plays a pivotal role in shaping children’s perceptions and influencing their behaviours. We are committed to using animation as a tool to instill positive values and behaviours in our communities.”
