The combined company will continue to be based in Riyadh, with offices in Dubai and soon in Neom’s Media Hub.
Telfaz11, a creative media studio with offices in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, has acquired the regional advertising and marketing agency Shift.
Launched in 2013, Shift has a portfolio of local and international clients including MCIT, STC, Alinma Bank, and P&G.
The acquisition will see the two companies combine their talent and client base to deliver creative campaigns.
The newly merged company will continue to be based in Riyadh with offices in Dubai and an upcoming one in the Kingdom’s media production hub Neom.
Recently, Telfaz11 has signed to develop nine TV and film productions over the next three years at Neom. Telfaz11 also plans to establish a physical presence at Neom by opening offices this year in Neom’s media hub.
Commenting on the acquisition, Alaa Fadan, CEO and Co-founder of Telfaz1, said: “This acquisition creates many advantages for our marketing clients through the strength of our offerings. The combination will both streamline operations and enhance efficiencies across the board, while allowing us to serve an even larger group of local and international clients. Shift’s marketing expertise will complement Telfaz11’s skills in film, television and digital storytelling and brand-building.”
Shift CEO Suliman Alfulaij added: “We are confident in the new horizons of creativity that this acquisition brings.”
Telfaz11 recently made headlines with its latest theatrical feature film Sattar, which was declared the highest-grossing film of all time in Saudi Arabia.
