System integrators and broadcast equipment developers TSL Systems and IPE will not be merged, TSL Systems has announced. It was declared that legal hurdles proved too complex to complete a full merger of the two companies.
Bruce MacGregor, Director of Solutions, TSL Systems, said: We are disappointed that we were unable to complete the merger, but we continue to work closely with IPE under existing commercial collaboration arrangements. TSL will continue to provide innovative, high quality, reliable SI solutions and products to customers in the UK and across the globe, building on recent successful contract wins for its growing SI subsidiaries in Dubai and Singapore and record recent sales for TSL Products.
TSL Systems has recently won several major contracts in the Middle East, including a refit of OSNs Master Control Room and Playout operation as well as a studio relocation project, and a complete archive upgrade for Al Aan TV.
TSL Systems is now wholly located in Marlow where its engineering teams have recently built three outside broadcast vehicles.
