Istanbul-based ATV Distribution has inked an agreement with Warner Bros. Discovery in Italy, marking ATV’s first deal in the territory. The renowned Turkish drama Hercai will serve as the flagship content under this partnership, making its debut in Italy in April. With a global reach spanning over 100 countries, Hercai has captivated audiences worldwide with its timeless narrative of love and revenge.

Hercai chronicles the story of Reyyan, the granddaughter of Nasuh Şadoğlu, the patriarch of the esteemed Şadoğlu family in the town of Midyat. Despite her familial ties, Reyyan has never experienced genuine love from her relatives, except for her father, Hazar, her mother, Zehra, and her younger sister, Gül. A chance encounter with a handsome young man named Miran, however, sets off a chain of events that unravel dark secrets and hidden motives. Miran’s intricate plan to seek vengeance against the Şadoğlu family unfolds as he becomes entangled in a web of love, betrayal, and redemption.
