Dubai-based distributor and solutions provider United Broadcast & Media Solutions (UBMS) has appointed Paul Vickerage as the companys new Managing Director.
Vickerage is an experienced broadcaster with extensive international experience. He was part of Al Jazeera International news channels senior management team. He was responsible for designing and launching the regions first HD 24/7 news channel in 2006. He has also worked for LBC in Beirut and Fox Turkey in Istanbul.
In his new role, Vickerage will be responsible for the day-to-day management of UBMS. He will be working to further strengthen UBMS brand and raise its profile as a systems integrator.
My task in is to reinforce UBMS as an International player rather than being a regional power house. I will be working closely with UBMS existing partners as well as looking to forge new strategic partnerships.
