One Touch Production is the first in MENA to locally offer RobyCam Stadium for sports, entertainment and live events.
Vision One Touch Film Production Services L.L.C. (UAE) has announced a strategic partnership with international broadcast technology innovator Movicom during IBC 2025. Through this collaboration, the advanced RobyCam Stadium cable camera system will become available across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) starting in November 2025.
The partnership comes at a time of rapid expansion in the region’s sports broadcasting technology sector. According to Grand View Research, the MENA market was valued at $4.79bn in 2023 and is projected to reach $7.59bn by 2030, growing at a compound annual rate of nearly 6.8%. This surge is being fueled by massive investments in live content infrastructure and global events such as the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Typically, only one or two cable camera systems are deployed per region worldwide, positioning Vision One Touch as the first company in MENA to locally offer RobyCam Stadium. This will allow broadcasters and producers in the region immediate access to the aerial camera system, tailored for sports, entertainment and live event coverage.
RobyCam Stadium is engineered for dynamic, high-quality visual storytelling across major events, including sports broadcasts, concerts and TV productions. Suspended by four synthetic cables and operated via a precision real-time winch system, the camera moves freely through three-dimensional space while maintaining image stability even during rapid movement or sudden stops.
Covering a working area of up to 250 meters diagonally, the system’s camera can reach speeds of up to 8 meters per second. Its gyro-stabilised head minimises vibrations and supports long focal-length lenses, ensuring smooth, cinematic motion. RobyCam supports HD, UHD and 4K formats, offering a versatile and immersive viewing experience.
All Movicom systems are equipped with Compass AR technology, which captures precise camera position, orientation and lens data in real time. This data allows for seamless integration of augmented reality (AR) elements into live broadcasts, expanding creative possibilities for producers and broadcasters.
By bringing RobyCam Stadium to MENA, Vision One Touch and Movicom are set to transform live production capabilities in the region, offering broadcasters new tools to enhance storytelling and audience engagement through advanced aerial and AR-enhanced visuals.
In a statement, Mikhail Usanov, CTO of One Touch Production, said: “We are excited to propose one of the world’s most in-demand stadium and arena cable systems to the MENA region. This is a step towards raising regional sports and entertainment broadcasts to the highest global standards.”
“The RobyCam system is featured in multiple creative projects and broadcasts around the world. The partnership with One Touch Production will expand the geography of the Movicom brand, as well as provide an opportunity to further develop the field of filming and broadcasting through projects implemented by our specialists,” added a Movicom representative.
One Touch Production will provide rental services of RobyCam Stadium for sports and cultural events across the region. In addition, the company acts as a media-tech integrator: adapting the system to venues, embedding it into broadcast and XR workflows and supporting the deployment of AR technologies.
