Vislink Technologies has announced the appointment of Donnie Gilliam as Vice President of Operations. In this role, Gilliam will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, reducing costs, and improving working capital.
Gilliam brings extensive experience in operations and service within high-growth companies. His career highlights include leading operations at HM Electronics, where he significantly contributed to the company’s substantial growth. He also served as Senior Director of Supply Chain & Materials at Clear-Com, an HM Electronics company, and more recently as Vice President of Global Operations at Spectralink Corporation.
With a strong background in lean manufacturing, quality, and supply chain management, Gilliam’s expertise will be instrumental in optimising Vislink’s operational efficiency and supporting the company’s growth objectives. He is also a member of the Western Regional Board of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME), where he contributes to advancing best practices in manufacturing and operational excellence.
