New episodes of 'Taxi Driver 3' are dropping every Friday and Saturday, leading up to the finale on January 10, 2026.
Viu, the pan-Asian OTT video platform, has announced that the third season of its flagship original series Taxi Driver 3 has debuted at the top spot on the service in several major markets, including Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong and the MENA region.
The series’ strong international launch builds on its performance in South Korea, where its first episode on Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS) achieved a nationwide viewership rating of 9.5%, according to Nielsen Korea. This marks the highest premiere rating for any Korean mini-series released this year.
The immediate rise to the number one position across multiple regions highlights the enduring popularity of the Taxi Driver franchise and reflects Viu’s effective strategy in delivering locally resonant original content.
Released on November 21, 2025, Taxi Driver 3 continues the story of a shadowy organisation known as the Rainbow Taxi Company, led by the enigmatic driver Kim Do-gi, portrayed by Lee Je-hoon. Operating in a society where justice feels increasingly out of reach, the group offers a secretive revenge-for-hire service, stepping in to help victims who have nowhere else to turn.
