Vox Cinemas has announced the return of its open-air cinema experience, Moonlight, inviting guests to enjoy their favourite films beneath the glittering night sky. Set on the rooftop of Galleria Mall on Al Wasl Road, Vox Moonlight transforms moviegoing into anoutdoor event, framed by the Dubai skyline.
Created with audience feedback at its core, Vox Moonlight offers a rooftop garden inspired by nature. The space features lush greenery and a fresh, modern design that captures the essence of outdoor leisure, making it a perfect winter destination for friends, families and couples seeking a cinematic escape.
Comfort and style take center stage at Vox Moonlight, with a range of seating options designed to suit every preference. Guests can unwind in the ultra-luxurious two-person Private Cabanas, stretch out on the laid-back Loungers, or sink into Couches and Bean Bags with Footrests—all offering prime screen visibility.
The open-air cinema also boasts state-of-the-art visual projection and Dolby 7.1 Surround Sound technology, ensuring an immersive experience that rivals traditional indoor theaters. Complementing the cinematic ambiance is a specially curated food and beverage menu crafted by Vox’s in-house chefs, along with a full selection of classic movie snacks—all available for delivery straight to viewers’ seats.
Moviegoers can look forward to a lineup of major releases, including Regretting You, Tron: Ares, Now You See Me: Now You Don’t, Wicked: For Good, Zootropolis 2 and Avatar: Fire and Ash, alongside a diverse mix of Hollywood, Bollywood, and Arabic titles.
Vox Moonlight will operate daily throughout the winter season, featuring two evening sessions from Monday to Thursday (beginning at either 6:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m., depending on sunset times) and three sessions from Friday to Sunday. On weekends, the first screening is dedicated to families, offering an exclusive package for two adults and two children, including a Private Cabana and Bean Bags.
