The brand video is now live and available to watch online.
Just weeks after launching its IMAX screen, Vox Cinemas—the Middle East’s largest cinema exhibitor—has released a new brand video titled Fall in Love with Film. The cinematic tribute captures the emotional impact of moviegoing and highlights Vox Cinemas’ presence in the personal stories of audiences across the region.
The short film tells a story of a boy’s life journey, tracing his cherished memories and milestones—all anchored in visits to Vox Cinemas. From childhood adventures to family traditions and heartfelt reunions, the narrative underscores how Vox has become more than a cinema—it’s a place where magical memories are made.
Ignace Lahoud, CEO of Majid Al Futtaim – Entertainment, said: “At Vox Cinemas, we’ve been leading the evolution of the cinema experience and the quality offered not just in the region, but on a global scale. But the true heart of our story is our customers. For years, they’ve trusted Vox as the place where memories are made—where laughter, love, and even quiet reflection come to life. This brand video is a tribute to that relationship. We set out to create something that reflects this emotional connection—and through the story, visuals, and Hans Zimmer’s unforgettable score, we believe we’ve done just that.”
Celebrating 25 years of redefining the moviegoing experience, Vox Cinemas has become a fixture in the cultural fabric of the Middle East. Even in regions where the brand is relatively new, many people recall visiting Vox while travelling, often associating it with a sense of excitement, comfort and wonder.
Enhancing the emotional depth of the film is a moving original score by Oscar-winning composer Hans Zimmer. Inspired by the cultural richness of the Middle East and Vox’s unique legacy, Zimmer blends traditional Arabic instruments with orchestral Hollywood sounds, 90s-style synths, guitars, and drums. The result is a stirring, nostalgic soundscape that mirrors the evolving journey of the film’s protagonist and evokes deep emotional resonance.
“We wanted a sound that was cinematic at its core, but unmistakably Vox,” added Hans Zimmer. “Arabic instruments, Hollywood orchestration, and those unforgettable 90s sounds come together to tell a story that’s emotional, timeless, and true to the region. Vox has truly pioneered the cinema experience in the Middle East—a region that is very close to my heart—and I wanted to reflect the role they’ve played in shaping people’s most cherished memories.”
Zimmer’s original score blends cinematic strings, electric and bass guitars, drums, iconic 90s synths, and a fusion of Hollywood-style orchestration with Arabic instruments. The result is a powerful and deeply resonant soundscape that heightens every emotion in the film—from awe and anticipation to nostalgia and love.
From its ever-evolving in-theatre concepts and exclusive content to immersive technologies and gourmet dining experiences, Vox continues to redefine what cinema means for modern audiences. Fall in Love with Film is more than a marketing campaign—it’s a celebration of Vox’s legacy.
