Yango Play has announced the success of Sambosa Chapati, the Bahraini film produced by Visionaries Group, which has earned a place among the top 10 highest-grossing films in Gulf cinema history. Following its box office performance, the film is now available for streaming across the Middle East on Yango Play.
After its record-breaking theatrical run, Sambosa Chapati continues to captivate audiences on Yango Play, maintaining a top 10 position in both Egypt and GCC markets. Since its release on August 14, the film has sold over 366,000 tickets, dominating the UAE and Bahrain box offices for two consecutive weeks. It also became Bahrain’s best-selling title of 2025, with more than 100,000 tickets sold. In response to its widespread popularity, cinemas extended their theatrical screening for 10 straight weeks.
