The Shogun Studio II features two dual 7-inch monitors and supports up to four 1080p60 SDI ISO recordings for studio shows and live events.
Video tech company Atomos has announced a successor to its Shogun Studio recorder/monitor, called Atomos Shogun Studio II Rackmount 4K Dual Recorder/Dual Monitor. The product will be available with UAE-based distributor Advanced Media.
Priced at AED 14,295, the upgrade is a Rackmount 4K Dual Recorder and Monitor (3RU) which features two dual 7-inch monitors with a high brightness of 3000 cd/m², 4K/HD SDI and HDMI inputs and outputs with single conversion.
It supports up to four 1080p60 SDI ISO recordings which allow for capturing multi-cam studio shows or live events.
The Shogun II has a compact 3RU rack mount design which offers SDI and HDMI input/output with signal conversion, stereo XLR input/output per channel with 48V phantom power, and compatibility with ProRes RAW, ProRes, DNxHR, and Adobe CDNG codecs.
In addition to the rackmount and power cables, a pack of five Master II caddies are included with the Shogun Studio II.
