Eighty-nine influential Arab film critics will whet the films to announce the winner at the El Gouna Film Festival.
In addition to the panels, the ACC will reveal a new edition of its Arab Cinema Magazine.
To be eligible for submission, which ends on August 7, projects must be directed by filmmakers of Arab nationality or origin.
ACC will select one Arab film project from each category as per the agreement between ACC and the festival, which will be held from 15-24 March in Spain.
