The film is adapted from Ahmed Murad's 1919 novel, who also wrote the screenplay of 'Kira wal Jinn'.
El-Masry recently won the Best Actor award at the BAFTA Scotland.
The film won in the best actor, writer film/television, director fiction and feature film categories.
The award will honour the contributions the actor has made to Egyptian cinema across his two-decade career.
El Saka started his career with minor roles before his breakthrough in the TV series 'Who Doesn’t Love Fatma?' based on Anis Mansour’s novel.
Written and directed by Roderick MacKay, the film world premiered at the Venice International Film Festival, where it received wide critical acclaim.
Malek will attend the world premiere with the film’s full cast which will have two screenings on September 4.
The untitled series is a musical drama and is currently under development.
