'Aisha Can't Fly Away' becomes first Egyptian film to win La Biennale di Venezia Prize at Final-Cut in Venice
With this grant award, MAD demonstrates its mission to assist Arab filmmakers at various stages of production, both internationally and regionally.
As part of the partnership, five films funded by the Red Sea International Film Festival will also be present at the 79th Venice Film Festival.

Asmae El Moudir’s 'The Mother of All Lies' and 'Hanging Gardens' by Ahmed Yassin Al Daradji have also won awards at the 78th Venice International Film Festival.
The Final Cut in Venice workshop supports films in the post-production stage from Africa, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine and Syria.
