The film starring Mohamed Ramadan and Nelly Karim will release in cinemas across Egypt on August 2 before region-wide release on August 10.
The adaptation is directed by Iraqi Dubai-based director Yasir Al Yasiri, who also takes a producer credit under his Axx Productions banner.
More than 240 meetings were held during the salon, during which co-funding and rights sharing discussions were encouraged.
