Endemol Shines international operations CEO Nicola Bamford has exited the company after Banijay completed its $2.2bn takeover earlier this month.
Endemol Shine produces such international hits as Black Mirror and MasterChef, by French company Banijay.
Bamford follows other executives of the company including CEO Sophie Turner Laing, Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer, Wim Ponnet and Endemol Shine France President Nicolas Coppermann, all of whom left the group after the merger.
The merged group is the largest non-US player in the TV production business with a rights catalogue that includes Big Brother, MasterChef and Wife Swap to drama series including Peaky Blinders, Versailles and Black Mirror.
Banijay is owned by French studio Vivendi, company chairman Stephane Courbits LOV Group and an arm of the Italian conglomerate De Agostini.
