Project management consultancy 3SixtyConsult has restructured its management team to strengthen and support its growing business. While David Gatward, founder of the business, will maintain a non-executive role as Founding Partner, Keenan Grote, Principal Partner and a founding team member, will step in as Managing Director.
Delivering project management services to the construction industry, 3SixtyConsult has built its reputation on providing senior-level expertise across a variety of sectors including: Industrial, Media & Broadcast, Healthcare; Education; Hospitality and Leisure; Data Centres; Heritage, Museums, & Culture; and Residential & Commercial. 3SixtyConsult has over the past year managed a portfolio of projects worth in excess of AED 500 million.
On taking the business forward as Managing Director, Keenan Grote commented: “For the past several months, as I have been preparing to step into this leadership role, I have been evaluating where we are as a business and positioning the company to take on its next wave of growth. We’ve turned 10 this year having established 3Sixty during the economic downturn and housing market crash. David at the time had taken on a challenging feat in establishing 3SixtyConsult. We both agree that it is time for the business to ‘shift gears,’ and we are very much aligned on where 3Sixty is headed. So far this year, we have achieved some big wins, which is very exciting. I believe that despite market fluctuations businesses are still looking to grow and expand.
