Driver Dans Story Train has started airing on Cartoon Network Arabics preschool block, Cartoonito. The 3D animation series is the first cartoon to combine the unique use of CGI live animation/action property produced in both English and Arabic. Driver Dans Story Train / Captain Karim wa Qitar Al Hekayat is a pre-school series of cartoons set in a bright, friendly world with loveable characters that reach out to the young audience, inviting them to participate in an interactive story play.
Cartoon Network Arabic has acquired two series of the show. The first one comprises 52 episodes of 11 minutes each and the second one is a series of 50 episodes of 11 minutes with 1 x 22 minutes special. The series reflects the culture of the Arabic-speaking world, with the live action sequences featuring children from the region. This aspect of the show adds to the affinity viewers build with the characters, making it a much-loved show throughout the
Middle East.
In addition to the rights for airing Driver Dans Story Train on the channel, Turner CN Enterprises also have the rights to represent the consumer products and publishing categories of this unique brand across the Middle East region.
