Ghallab Mohamed, a well-known name in the Middle East broadcast and media industry, has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of MediaGuru for Middle East and Africa. In his role, Mohamed will be responsible for overseeing MediaGurus business development and operations in the region. This latest appointment puts the company on track to expand its media services business and further develop and support their growth strategy in MEA.
Mohamed joins MediaGuru from Sony Professional Solutions MEA. In his career, he has worked across a wide variety of broadcast systems including an extensive range of business critical state-of-the-art AV & IT systems; from Television and Radio Studios & automation, OB Vans, DSNG, Earth station, FM & MW systems, Teleport & MCR and IT Broadcast, Digital Archiving & File based solutions. With more than 17 years of extensive leadership and management experience in broadcast industry, Mohamed brings his breadth of expertise in developing systems business, system sales, project management, system integration and managing professional services.
