Pelle Bourn will remain as CFO and member of the executive management team until Joakim Schvedins takes over.
Joakim Schedvins has been appointed as the new CFO at Net Insight and will assume the position from November 12, 2020.
Schedvins is replacing Pelle Bourn who is leaving Net Insight at his own request. Bourn will remain as CFO and member of the executive management team until Joakim Schvedins takes over. Joakim currently holds the position as CFO of Cramo AB.
Commenting on his decision, Bourn said: “During the last two years we have implemented extensive changes, including new structure, divestment of business area, and an acquisition. Now is therefore a good time to move on to other challenges, even if it of course not is an easy decision to leave the company and the colleagues.”
Crister Fritzson, CEO at Net Insight remarked: “I’m sorry that Pelle has decided to leave Net Insight. Through commitment and senior experience, he has played a key role in the last two years transformation. Pelle will remain with the company for a number of months, but I would already now like to thank him for very valuable contributions to the company.”
He added: “Joakims broad CFO experience from various types of industries will be valuable for Net Insight. I’m looking forward to welcome Joakim to the executive management team and to continue to develop the company together.”
