Netflix is expected to theatrically release around 30 features and docs in the EMEA per year.
London-based distribution executive Hamish Moseley will join Netflix as Director of Distribution at the beginning of 2022, after eight years at Altitude, according to Screen Daily.
Moseley will manage theatrical distribution throughout EMEA. He will report to the streamer’s head of distribution Spencer Klein.
Having joined Altitude in 2013 as head of distribution, he is currently the Managing Director of Altitude Film Distribution.
Moseley helped establish Altitude’s distribution arm, acquiring titles including Oscar-winners Moonlight and Mi
Prior to that, he spent nearly 10 years at UK distributor Momentum Pictures and also worked at Cineworld for two years.
