OSN Group has named Teresa Antas Rio as its new Vice President of Marketing, placing her in charge of marketing, creative direction and communications across the company’s entertainment brands, including OSN+ and Anghami. The appointment marks a key step in the group’s broader strategy to strengthen brand identity and deepen audience engagement across the region.
A global marketing leader with extensive experience in media, entertainment and consumer goods, Teresa will spearhead OSN Group’s marketing transformation. Her mandate includes shaping how audiences connect with the company’s content by emphasising cultural relevance, emotional resonance and elevated creative standards.
Under her leadership, OSN+ will focus on enhancing curated storytelling to build stronger viewer connections, while Anghami will sharpen its role as a hub for regional music culture. The goal is to celebrate the diversity of artists across the Middle East and beyond, positioning the platform as a space where talent thrives, audiences feel represented and global listeners increasingly engage with MENA’s music landscape.

Before joining the company, Teresa served as Brand Director at Neom Media in Saudi Arabia.
Her career includes over a decade at Unilever, where she led global and regional marketing and digital initiatives across Europe, shaping the growth of brands such as Vaseline, Dove, Magnum and Wall’s ice cream. She later joined The Walt Disney Company as Marketing Director for Disney+ and FOX TV Networks in Portugal, where she oversaw the launch of Disney+ and led the rebrand of FOX to STAR Channels across the MENA region.
Teresa began her career at MTV in New York, where she developed her passion for music and storytelling and connecting global audiences through culture, creativity, and entertainment.
