Terran Orbital Corporation has announced significant appointments to its executive team with the aim of accelerating the company’s path to driving revenue growth and achieving free cash flow positivity.
The company welcomes Peter Krauss as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), Adarsh Parekh as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Mathieu Riffel as its Chief Accounting Officer (CAO). Krauss’s appointment is effective from June 1, 2024, while Parekh and Riffel’s appointments will take effect from June 17, 2024.
Krauss and Parekh will both report directly to Marc Bell, the companys Co-Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer. Upon the effectiveness of their appointments, Riffel will report to Parekh. Krauss’s responsibilities will encompass overseeing all engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, business development, marketing functions, and international operations, while Parekh will be responsible for managing all accounting, finance, and investor relations functions.
In light of these appointments, Tony Gingiss, the companys current Chief Operating Officer, has decided to depart from Terran Orbital. Gingiss has agreed to provide strategic advisory services to the company until his departure on July 15, 2024, to ensure a smooth transition of his responsibilities.

As COO, Peter Krauss will concentrate on enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs across Terran Orbitals manufacturing and production processes. Krauss brings nearly 30 years of experience in driving organisational growth and profitability, along with extensive expertise in managing complex global manufacturing and distribution systems.
Adarsh Parekh joins Terran Orbital as CFO, bringing over 20 years of transaction experience in the financial sector, including strategic growth initiatives, M&A, and capital markets transactions. Parekh’s expertise will be vital in overseeing financial planning, strategic growth initiatives, and treasury management.
Mathieu Riffel, in his role as CAO, will focus on managing the companys accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance processes. Riffel’s commitment to accuracy and attention to detail will ensure continued financial transparency.
