Season 3 of the lifestyle and wellness show Body & Mind is back on Colors TV Middle East from the beginning of December and runs on Sundays, with re-runs of the programme on Friday morning and Saturday evening. Shot in the UAE and featuring some of the regions biggest health, lifestyle and fitness facilities and experts, the show is hosted by popular TV presenter and lifestyle blogger, Aishwarya Ajit.
Body & Mind features guests ranging from fitness experts, nutritionists to wellness specialists. Designed to inspire viewers in making healthy choices, the show provides valuable insights, expert views and tips on everything from fitness, nutrition, holistic wellness to healthy lifestyle.
Season 3 focuses on Fitness, Healthy Eating & Holistic Wellness as dedicated topics being tackled in every episode of the show. The show will also feature recipes and nutritional guidance from some of the best chefs & nutritionists for the benefit of viewers.
